Arts & Crafts Cubist Design Copper Kettle, 1910s
A wonderful early c20th copper kettle with a Cubist, Modernist style. A design influenced by the craftsmanship of Christopher Dresser and Jan Eisenloeffel, both highly regarded designers of the period. Made with copper it is lined with tin and has Bakelite handles. A collectable decorative piece which has gained over 100yrs of patina and signs of use. It has a few knocks and marks which add to it's character; and depending on your taste the copper can be re polished to a high shine of left as is.
