G-Plan Nest of Tables by Victor Wilkins
This fabulous nest fo tables is just that bit bigger and rarer than the average set. The largest one is the size of a small coffee table, so the whole set offers a variety of options for use. They were designed in the 1950s by Victor Wilkins who was an in-house designer for G-Plan for many years. He was certainly influenced by the much loved Scandinavian design at the time. Not only did he design the ever popular Astro coffee table but he also designed the sought after G-Plan Fresco range. The design of these tables is simple, sleek and slightly sculptural, with legs that turn up at the end. Each table is made with a warm rich teak that has a gorgeous grain. They are in great vintage condition showing just a few signs of use. If you want a nest of tables with a bit of a wow factor then these definitely tick that box!
